I wanted to thank those of you that showed up for the Clean & Cast on Sat. We didn’t have a record turn out, but for the few that braved the weather forcast, we were able to clean up the last half of the river that needed to be cleaned. We were able to remove 8, 50 gallon garabage sacs full of everything from beer cans, tubes, car bumpers, tires and road block cones.

For those that were able to make it, we had a great time.  After the clean up groups split up to fish there favorite section of water. With the karma we gained the rain held up until we were just about done for the day, making the fishing awesome to say the least.  Dry flies were the fishes main course. (Which isn’t normal for the high water) Our group caught and release more healthy trout than most do on a epic hatch. In all it was healthy to get out of the grid and to do something to give back to a section of river that gives too so many.  Please do your part and each time out, catch a limit of trash.
